• Cancelled current Citi card by protesting unknown recurring charge.
• New card will be mailed out soon.
• Some recurring charges are automatically updated for new card; others not.
• Check mailed a week ago has not yet shown up as credited to Citi account.
  • Possibly did not spell amount in way that matched number in box.
• So can't cancel card completely yet.
• Logged in and paid by connected to Bank of America.

• Tried cancelling card altogether over phone but was blocked by fact that I had done the protest today.

  • Agent said that she would monitor account and close it so soon as possible.

• Asked Mauricio for help with Medallion.

• Submitted change-of-address card to USPS for Mary K. Vaughan and family from 742 Picket Ln to 1433 Serenity Cir.

• I'll have to supply at some point documentation of my appointment as her personal representative.
• I indicated that it should take effect on Sep 19, so that there might be time to get it done.

• It seems very unlikely that any closing date would be before that, especially as there has not yet been an offer on the house, which just went onto the market today.

• Wrote letter of change of address for Mary to Citi Cards.
